By accessing or using Overwatch Fieldworks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Overwatch Fieldworks is a storm restoration operations platform providing crew management, timecard tracking, storm threat intelligence, and operational command tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability.
Storm duration projections, damage scores, and earnings estimates are based on historical data from public utility commission filings, FEMA after-action reports, and NWS weather data. These projections are informational tools and should not be the sole basis for deployment decisions. Actual restoration durations vary based on storm characteristics, utility territory, crew availability, and other factors beyond our control. Overwatch Fieldworks is not liable for deployment decisions made using our projections.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. All plans include a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of storm restoration operations management. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to GPS location collection during clock-in events and the sharing of operational data (timecards, tickets, incidents) with your contractor and incident command as part of normal storm operations.
Overwatch Fieldworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost earnings, deployment decisions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
